Ribbon Cutting & Grand Re-opening of Lindenhurst’s Historic Home Museum

On Saturday, September 12, 2026, residents, neighbors, and history buffs alike are invited to join Lindenhurst Historical Society leadership and Village of Lindenhurst officials in a ribbon-cutting ceremony, marking the widely anticipated grand reopening of the Lindenhurst Historic House Museum, c.1915. The museum, with its storied past, will begin its next chapter as a premier Lindenhurst downtown destination.  The grand reopening is the culmination of a nearly four-year renovation and restoration collaborative effort between the Historical Society, the Village of Lindenhurst, and Suffolk County.
