Healthy Libraries Program Health Screenings

The Stony Brook Medicine Healthy Libraries Program team (HeLP) is an interdisciplinary team of public health, physician’s assistant and social work students who work collaboratively to provide health information, screening, and case management in Suffolk County Libraries. The team will be onsite to provide blood pressure screenings, share information on a wide variety of health topics, and provide assistance connecting with community and social services resources.
